The repair was done efficiently and neatly My ac was leaking and the repairmen replaced the insulation pipe and sealed around the pipe. The job was done quickly and neatly. I'd definitely recommend this company's service.

Company will stand with you. Equipment malfunction from the factory. Covid 19 is affecting everything, But Cool air stand behind the warranty and replaced equipment that was not working correctly.

good job, but i feel gouged The two people did a good, efficient job on my 3 units. However, they said one of the capacitors needed replacement. I asked how much? $195 was the answer. What was I to say? Then they asked if the drain lines needed to be cleaned. How was I to know? How much? $145 each (but he gave me one for free). Thanks to the internet and the capacitor box, I found out that the item cost $6 at an A/C supply store and $15 at Ace Hardware. It took less than 5 mins to replace. I just felt gouged. The service people were very efficient and Professional.. If Ever Needed again I will most definitely call this company to come and do whatever work I need. The technicians were very nice and worked in a very efficient manner.

Efficient and clean We just had a complete A/C install. Cool Air took care of all the paperwork and made scheduling a breeze. Donte was very knowledgeable and took great pride in the work. He made great energy saving and money saving suggestions that as a first time homeowner, I was not aware. You would never know they were here as all evidence (mess/debris) was removed.

Archie at Cool air is the reason for 5 stars Archie M. the tech that came to my house was amazing. I had a previous ac tech, from another company, and he was here for about a minute. Said he didn’t know what the problem was and left ( thankfully didn’t charge me). Archie was relentless in his trouble shooting and resolved the issue. Thank you Archie!!!!
