Great Experience I called Cool Air when my AC stopped working. They sent a very professional and friendly representative named David who was extremely helpful and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. 10/10 would recommend this company. If your AC stops working call them and ask for David!
Quick repair service A/C stopped working. After calling about problem of A/C not cooling, service person came over within 24 hours and fix the problem. I was not present when he was there and do not know the service person's name.
Ac was coming on and off I call cool air at night and was able to get help with my ac problem and the next day that can out .an inform me of my problems. And told about a device that would keep me and my family safe in our home.thank you all for your service.

very satisfied with service and the tech. just for the record it was time to clean the filter but I knew that the tech was coming so I didn't want it done twice as it was part of the service agreement.. All was good and very satisfied with service.

Good Service We reviewed a number of contractors for replacing our A/C system. We were sold into awarding the contract to Cool Air USA, clearly they had a good sales representative. The sales person was knowledgeable and pointed out that the existing A/C system was bigger than what the house required. That allowed us to get a unit more appropriate to the size of the house.
