Very happy with the service. They have serviced our two properties, one in Davie, Fl. and one at Lauderdale by the Sea. Very happy with the service, especially the professionalism of Leo B. Always punctual, attentive and very knowledgeable in his field.
Took forever....but it was done right Tech called at 9:15 to say he was 30 minutes away - showed up at 10:30. Did some work and had to stop to return to the shop to get some materiels. Did more work and had to go back to the shop because the plumbing fixtures provided him were incorrect. Did more work and had to return again. Job was completed around 5;10PM and I (finally) had AC that was working..
Great company Adel was awesome. And the tech was the best. He is better than awesome. He found the problem and fixed it in record time. Cool air will have my business for life. I will surely recommend all my friends.
Efficient repair I called the office in the morning, was given a time frame for the afternoon. The tech called me 30 min before arrival. Very professional and efficient. The same day I recommended the company to a friend of mine.
Once again, very responsive and professional service! It is the third or fourth time I have to call Cool Air and, as always, very responsive, sent someone within hours (on a Sunday!) and solved the problem, with all the works (again) covered by the warranty! I can fully recommend them. Thank you Cool Air team!

Great all around service Reached out to Cool Air USA as my home was warmer than usual. Archie Moore is who arrived and provided his great customer service. He was very educational as well. If I'm ever having issues with my AC unit, I'd appreciate if Archie came back and took a look. Give that man a raise!
