Excellent Customer Service and Follow up I have been a repeated customer of Cool Air USA and will recommend them to friends and family. The office always calls with confirmation of the appointment and takes good notes on the order. Archie was the tech that came out today and he did an excellent job of letting me know his findings and letting me know what he needed to do to fix the issue. Extremely dependable Cool air has consistently displayed total reliability, as well as quality performance and professionalism. Customer service is caring and supportive in the toughest of times. Last night I called them at 8:20 pm, told them we had a 91 year old woman, struggling to remain alive, and they did all possible, and had someone there by 9:15pm. Excellent!!

August in south Florida is not a good time for the AC to stop working. Friendly service and quickly back to a cool home .. Yudy was a great guy Efficient and knowledgeable . Maintenance Today Lior B. Came to my house for a routine check up of my air condition which cool Air USA installed about 2 years ago. He is my guy! I always request this gentleman as he is exstreamly kind and knowledgeable about this work...tells me step by step what he's doing with good advice.
