Purchased new AC unit All of the people we have dealt with from Cool Air have been friendly and professional. We had a problem with the panel on our new air handler. The technician that came out was very thorough and tried his best to fix the problem. When that didn't work a new panel was ordered. We had to wait quite awhile for the part but to no fault of CoolAir. We had the new panel installed by the technician who tried solving the problem. He is knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent service I had service with Archie today. I could not have had a more knowledgeable and dedicated representative of your company. I had an issue with the air handler and Archie did a complete inspection of it and the condenser and determined the fan motor to be the source of the problem. He worked with the company to locate a replacement and was able to install it promptly. I will definitely call on CoolAir again for my AC needs.
