Professional, safety conscious and polite. The service was great. The young man wore a mask and socially distanced. He performed a thorough inspection and I was completely satisfied with the experience. I will definitely call Cool Air in 6 months for my semi-annual A/C check up..

Courteous and showed PICS David was very courteous and showed pics of the things we couldn't see, then laid out options and let us decide which route we wanted to go. I was pleased they were able to get out so quickly as we had called another company and they couldn't see us for a MONTH. In SUMMER.
