Outstanding service and technicians All the technicians I have worked with I. The last two weeks have been outstanding. My initial contact with David explained everything and came up with a strategy to solve my problem. The two technicians who did the work for me on July 9 outstanding told me all they were doing and why. Perkins today another outstanding individual. All very considerate of today’s environment. The Service from Cool Air USA was excellent!! On Sunday July 12th,2020 Cool Air, USA sent us a wonderful technician, Sean Wren to fix our A/C. He was very honest, and very professional, and knowledgeable regarding the A/C unit. We are very happy with his service. Thank You So Much!!!
Amazingly Great!! From start to finish. These guys were heaven sent. Starting from the first visit from Jack who went above & beyond explaining everything in detail and being truly, knowledgeable & professional to the install guys who were fast on point, professional and hard workers got the job done.

Fixed my mistake for me I installed a new smart thermostat and did something wrong with the wiring. The instructions seemed to be pretty clear but I guess they weren't as clear as I thought. Ended up only the inside unit would run and blew room air without cooling. After sleeping in 80 degree temps I called Cool Air for help. They gave me a 3 hour window for response on a Saturday then called back a short time later and said they would have a tech out in about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the tech was here and quickly found ... read more

Very satisfied!! Everything discussed was completed. They are honest and very efficient. I was able to finance the unit and have the work done without any surprises. I would recommend to anyone that’s in need to replace their unit.
UV light installation Cool Air continues to provide excellent service. I moved in to my condo back in September of last year and since then I requested two service calls. The first one to get a prior to summer routine checkup on my HVAC system and the second to install a UV light. Both times i was delighted with the speed of service and the level of knowledge and great attitude of the technicians.
