Great service There service tech Orlando arrived during the anticipated time frame. He did a complete examination and checked the history of the unit/system. He made recommendations to help prevent future problems including a power surge cord. We will continue to use COOL USA to service our unit due to their employees like Orlando.
Ac tune up. Truly a great experience, technician was very knowledgeable. Explain the problem every step of the way. Definitely will use them again, I even call my brother since he was looking for an ac guy.
