It was Memorial Day with heavy rain A/C began blowing hot late Sunday. Telephoned early Monday and tech came out at Noon. Heavy rains and some flooding present. Quickly diagnosed and presented solutions. Repairs effected in short time. Professional, polite,etc. Great company and staff.

The service was was great, professional and punctual. This is the second time that I have contacted Cool Air USA and they have exceeded my expectations again. The A/C techs are always very polite and helpful. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the work that has to be done. All companies should be like Cool Air USA.

Outstanding Service!!! The company that installed our AC and maintained it for many years closed down, and I finally called Cool Air USA to replace the burnt-out UV light and resume our maintenance service after reading MANY outstanding reviews. I submitted a request online and someone called me back immediately. They were willing to come out the next morning, which was a Sunday, and when I said there was no need for someone to come on a Sunday morning they said "It's nothing, we work every day!" Sean is an excellent rep for your company. Sean is very thorough and explains to me what is wrong and how to fix it, etc. There was some wiring that needed to be changed in my breaker box and he took care of that as well as the multiple A/C issues. I will be needed a new unit in the near future, but it's working great for now!
