Service was prompt. Service advisor was courteous, thorough, and able to diagnose the problem and rectify it. David called to advise he was coming and came promptly and within the time frame promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable, explained and showed me the what the issues were. He was able to do the repairs and documented his work with photos before and after. I would recommend David at Cool Air.

Fast response My A/C had a simple failure which happened on Sunday night. I called and got a technician to come over and repair it next day. Easy fix, fast response and overall good service.
