He asked if the cooling tower had been or was being worked on. I inquired at the office and the problem was with the cooling tower and not the air-conditioner or to a blockage in the water line. The service and quality of work was better than any other company that has done work for me. I would would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. I called them today and within an hour I had someone at my home fixing the problem. The technician Orlando was extremely knowledgeable.
