Great customer experience continued! Great customer experience on both visits by the following 2-Techs at Cool Air USA, Inc.: Mike - November 11-12, 2018 Andrew - May 27, 2019. Mike and Andrew were both very professional and very proficient. Mike diagnosed our A/C problem right away as the Indoor Coil and replaced it right away under warranty since the unit was less than 2-years old at the time. Excellent service I do not remember the technicians name, but what a fabulous experience. He was knowable, courteous, and respected my situation. My service call was at 11:00pm, came home to no air conditioning, called around to see if i could get anyone out that late and found your company ready to help. The ladie that answered the phone was great. Thanks for being an outstanding company.
