Excelent attention This is our first experience with this company. The technician was on time as scheduled, very polity and capable. He took the time to answer all our questions and recommended alternatives. It took him several to do the work and at the end showed us what he had done. Took pictures too of the work done. I would have no doubt in calling them again

David is an excellent representative for Cool Air David provided excellent service. This was an unexpected expense for me. A very expensive one also. David walked me through all my questions and concerns. He made the best of a very difficult situation for me. Going above and beyond to make sure I had an understanding of the problem and repair/replacement process.

The Service from Cool Air USA was excellent!! The service from Cool Air USA was excellent !! The technicians always arrived in a timely manner, and called 30 minutes before arriving to my home. The technicians (Lior & Danny) were awesome technicians that were very honest, knowledgeable, and very understanding when having to deal with A/C problems.
