Excellent service and office support Office called quickly with a quote with a fair price relative to other bids. The office followed up with appointment reminder and the technician called 30 minutes before arriving within the promised time. Once he arrived, the technician was very professional, courteous, and did not leave until he fully tested and demonstrated how the system operated. I would definitely recommend Cool AC for your f HVAC and A/C needs.

Ricardo was excellent Ricardo arrived early, worked hard to discover the issue, determined our thermostat was bad and then helped on the phone with Nest to get us replacement unit. Couldn't have been better.
