Very pleased with promptness and service The response was prompt and Thanks to the honesty and knowledge of the service person we didn't have to pay $450 to have the line flushed. He asked if the cooling tower had been or was being worked on. I inquired at the office and the problem was with the cooling tower and not the air-conditioner or to a blockage in the water line. THANK YOU

Outstanding service. So impressed! Customer service is simply excellent. Called this morning for continued AC problem and technician was sent out this afternoon. Anthony, the technician, was excellent! Really knew his stuff! Everyone we have dealt with at the company has been friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this company!

The service and quality of work was better than any other company that has done work for me. I would would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. I called them today and within an hour I had someone at my home fixing the problem. The technician Orlando was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me what was wrong with my system in a way I could understand. Then he went about correcting it. This is the happiest I’ve been with my AC unit since it was installed.
