Outstanding Company The last company was a nightmare, fraudulent, horrible service; THEN, Cool Air USA arrived and everything is fantastic. They are upfront with suggestions, service, quality of air conditioners. Everyone is simply professional, clean, competent, kind, I guess Cool Air USA : you are my super heros....They saved the day. Excellent Service I never write these, but they deserve props. Zeusius was on time, called me 30 minutes out, and was super professional. He fixed my issue fast and I was back in a cool house within an hour. Bonus: He was super nice. He actually listened to me and did not dismiss me as a layperson. I will use this company for any issue. Thank you!!

Excellent service. Very satisfied The day before our holiday my AC stopped working. My wife panicked since we invited 16 guests to join us for dinner. I called Cool Air USA and I was told that Michael will call me shortly. Whithin an hour Michael called and told me that he is on his way. After checking the unit Michael showed me that the air handler is wet and rusty. He recommended looking into a new unit since my AC is 15 years old. After finding the problem he replaced the transformer, realy and rewire all burned wires. Af... read more

Amazing service! After 14 years in South Florida the bar for good customer service has been extremely low. This is our second experience with Cool Air and I could not be more impressed. Lior was our technician both times and he combines a level of professionalism with a pleasant personality. While expressing his opinion of how he would have handled some of what he witnessed from the original install he refrains from negative comments about that company. Coil cleaning after diagnosis of problem Our Air conditioner was leaking water inside the closet where the air handler is located. The technician removed, cleaned and reinstalled the coils and it works perfectly now. From the first phone call to the the completed job our experience was perfect. The service was fantastic and the level of professionalism was very impressive. I am a customer for the rest of my time that I reside in Miami and will recommend Cool Air to anyone in need of Air Conditioner service.

Called the company out of the blue based on height recommendation. Was not disappointed. They confirmed the appointment, called ahead to let me know they were on their way., showed up ON TIME and fixed the issue the first time around. Highly recommend.
