Professional, courteous and efficient. I called for a tuneup and was able to get one the next day. I was given a window of between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and he arrived right at 1:00 PM. The technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable and explained everything quite thoroughly. No wonder this company is listed in Top Picks. I plan on using them from now on.
A wonderful experience. I'd heard about cool air USA from a neighbor who had them come out and install a new ac system. I myself was having problems with my ac so I gave them a call. They had a tech come out to my home the same day. Turns out my AC was low on refrigerant and within two hours I had my AC running up again. The tech who came out was super and professional at all times. My AC is an older unit so I asked him him to give an estimate on a new system for a future purchase and he did. Awesome Company!!! In a time when most service providers don't provide any (good) service, Cool Air USA is a breath of fresh air. (Ha) From the moment I sent a message through Yelp that was promptly replied to, to the SUPER helpful tech that came out I was repeatedly overly pleased with this company. Most companies on Yelp mention you get a free estimate, but they don't clarify that they only give you a free estimate if you're looking for a new HVAC unit.
