We have had many problems with our air conditioning and each time we called Cool Air they were able to come out to us on the same day. We like Cool Air because each person who comes to service our air conditioning is professional and works very hard to solve the problem.
It was a pleasurable experience. It was a pleasure working with Ricardo and his helper. Ricardo's attitude and personality are truly great, and his expertise as a technician gave us a feeling that all would be well with our ducts and air conditioning system.
Presentation was excellent. Both the guys were professional and explained the issues and what was needed and why in detail. Very impressed..
Great service and customer support I hired Cool Air USA to perform maintenance in my condo a/c while miles away in another country.
