Fast and efficient - Really Cool Omer was our service technician and he did a great job with diagnostics and handling the coil cleaning job. He was quick to analyze the issue and scheduled the repair for the next day. He returned the next day on time as promised and completed the necessary repair. Fabulous job Cool Air is my go-to professional for my AC unit for repair and service. Last week my AC fan was running, but no cool air. I called Cool Air and they came out within hours. My unit was 19 years old and had a great run. The serviceman was professional, punctual and found the problems and temporarily repaired them.
