Final Installation of my new HVAC system This appointment was to install a back plate for my thermostat for my newly installed HVAC system. They showed up early but called in advance and did he job quickly and efficiently. Look forward to using Cool Air USA for my future needs.
Great Service I am so happy with the service I received today . Michael came out in a matter of an hour of when I had called them . He was so knowledgeable on everything and resolved my issue quickly . And most importantly came out on Labor Day which I didn’t think I was going to be able to have anyone out here !!! Would definitely use them again !

Today they sent me a young man, Omer. Omer was on time and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time. Now, that's service. Great job! pleased with the work. Xavier was professional and performed his work diligently and left the air conditioner looking brand new. Job site was left clean. We appreciate the timely response and great service.
Just take in consideration that if you are a regular customer to give a discounted price because we have used your company many years. Also it would be nice to get some discount if you are a senior citizens. Very nice person that came today.
