Excellent Service I never write these, but they deserve props. Zeusius was on time, called me 30 minutes out, and was super professional. He fixed my issue fast and I was back in a cool house within an hour. Bonus: He was super nice. He actually listened to me and did not dismiss me as a layperson. Excellent service. Very satisfied The day before our holiday my AC stopped working. My wife panicked since we invited 16 guests to join us for dinner. I called Cool Air USA and I was told that Michael will call me shortly. Whithin an hour Michael called and told me that he is on his way. After checking the unit Michael showed me that the air handler is wet and rusty. He recommended looking into a new unit since my AC is 15 years old. Amazing service! After 14 years in South Florida the bar for good customer service has been extremely low. This is our second experience with Cool Air and I could not be more impressed. Lior was our technician both times and he combines a level of professionalism with a pleasant personality. While expressing his opinion of how he would have handled some of what he witnessed from the original install he refrains from negative comments about that company.
