Cool Air is a good company and responds quickly! I called Cool Air on Sunday, 9/30/18. They were able to come out that evening which I REALLY appreciated! Chris was the tech who came out. He explained everything to me and was very courteous and respectful.

WONDERFUL job on the reps part The rep was marvelous....took his time explained everything completely....didn't rush through the paperwork or the inspection of the current system. made us feel very comfortable with our decision.. great customer service

Faster and better than expected My AC unit was not cooling so after calling Cool Air they sent me a representative that same day who examined the complete system and solved all the issues. Very fast and reliable service.
