Great Service Rolando was our technician. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner. We noticed a difference in our A/C blower and air ducts immediately. Would definitely recommend.
Saved my night and my summer! Coming home from a long day of work and finding out that inside your house is over 80 degrees can be very frustrating, but Cool Air USA was at my house within 2 hours and they fixed the issue promptly and professionally. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone with air conditioning needs, emergency or otherwise.
Professional Prompt Courteous Honest This is our second time turning to CoolAir for emergency service. On both occasiona they were true to their word with expected time for service. Chris was extremely professional and took the time to explain the problem and necessary repairs. On both occasions CoolAir was equipped with all necessary parts to fix issue. Fast service! Our air conditioning stopped working on a Saturday night. The answering service informed me I would receive a call at 9am Sunday. I'm thinking "yeah right"! 9am Sunday morning Michael was calling to say he would be here in 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and polite and most of all he had cool air blowing in no time! This was my first experience with your company and I will certainly call again! Thank you Michael!
Tech Anthony Rocco redeemed my initial negative experiences After two different techs came out and left without fixing my A/C, tech Anthony Rocco redeemed my opinion of this company. He was extremely professional and actually listened to my concern which led to him actually finding the problem unlike the first two techs. Anthony explained everything he was doing and was professional and courteous the entire time. He is obviously skilled at his job as well. Thank you!
