The service was great Chris did an excellent job installing our Nest thermostat. He also checked our furnace. He was very patient with us and explained how to program the thermostat and we were so impressed that we signed a contract with his company for a one year service contract.

Excellent results on a tricky system Orlando has become our trusted advisor, the one skilled and intelligent in figuring out the needs of our 16 year old system, and keeping it humming. Installing Nest was a challenge on our two phase system; several before Orlando failed, cost us a lot of money, broke things. We found Cool Air through the Nest site and all is well. The company is a high recommend--standing by their work. and Orlando is an excellent technical ally. Strong recommend for both.

on point .. Tech Daniel arrived within scheduled window.. he was courteous and explained A/C issue .. was not pushy and did not try to over-sell .. gave me some addl info regarding my aging A/C unit and potential future issues .. have used this company 6x before at my home as well as my parents .. reliable, fair pricing, 24hr service

Good service Very good service, made sure to check everything was up to par. Thourough with the inspection of the ac. (Had Junior inspect the ac, did an excellent job!)

Couldn't ask for more The service is great. I have three homes and have used Cool Air for all of them for different reasons. All the service men are very polite and knowledgable. My last encounter was an installation of inside and outside units. They did a beautiful job. So nice to have a new, clean, and efficient unit. Thanks everyone !!

The tech did the BEST job of any previous tune-ups.He really cared Again the tech was outstanding, on time, professional and knew what he was doing. I will request him in the future.
