tech did a good job and unit is working fine this was a callback as unit was repaired and then stopped working the next day. Repairman found a problem with the thermostat which was repaired and unit working properly. Repairman arrived timely and did a good job.

The work required was done efficiently. The first contact was made over the phone and an appointment was set-up. The technician arrived and completed the job to my satisfaction. No double talk, job well done.

Very good serviceman, Oner. Very polite, very pleasant, and very competent. Competent and responsive service. A/C died on Sat night. I called Sunday and had service on Monday pm. Charge not unreasonable. I bought my a/c from Cool Air and it has been a very good unit. I highly recommend them.
