Too quick!!! When I bought my house two years ago, I called COOL AIR USA for service on my unit. They did work and I thankfully bought a five year service contract. One of the best investment I ever made. The response time of this company is too quick! I had to quit my gosh around halfway through to meet the technician (Sean) and he was courteous, professional and more than fair. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Third time is the charm I had Mike B. come today to service my unit after having two failed services earlier this week. He was by far the most intelligent and helpful repairman we have had at Cool Air USA. He spent the time to target the problem and he worked in our 80 degree apartment without complaining. I am going to request his services from here on out because of his professionalism and dedication to SOLVE the problem, not just take the easy route. I am a very happy customer!
