Par Excellence. Even though he is originally from Queens, NY...the gentleman was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the cause and effect and how to rectify the situation to a layman. You should use him as a guide/source for all future hires for your AC Company. Thank you.

I thought the technician did a great job for me. It was a Sunday morning when the air went out and my regular maintenance provider said the earliest they could get to my house was the next day. Sorry, I had to get someone else. I called Cool Air and they had someone to my house in about 3 hours. The Technician had the issue troubleshot and temporarily running in about 20 minutes. He had the parts on the truck with him, and had it soon fixed. He was very straight forward and took the time to explain the reason for the failure... read more
