Jose Espinal We were very happy with the services provided by Jose Espinal. He came during the evening and did a major repair the next day, including replacing the coil. During the whole process he explained clearly what the problems were and what he had done, in a courteous and professional manner. We will definitely ask for Cool Air USA and Jose Espinal again, should we need it.

check and sanitize It has been nearly 3 years since this unit was installed and I had it checked (pre-summer). It was recommended I have it sanitized. Tracy convinced me and I am glad it is now done. Thanks for the good job. This unit is running quite well.
