He was very courteous and helpful I could be considered a hard sell but Tracy left me with the impression that he treated my home as if it were his own. I also like when a representative speaks well of the company they work for - Comcast could learn a lesson from you guys! Way to go. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Great service The technician took the time to explain me the issue and the options for repair. The cost was more than I was expecting, however My AC leak is fixed and its cooling great. I even got a 10% discount. :-)

USA employees are extremely well qualified and personable USA has been primarily efficient, less expensive and the technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient, polite and gracious...especially Adam in Customer Service, and technicians Effron and Chris. I would recommend them to anyone!
