Professional technicians. Angel and Leedor arrived at our home ontime as scheduled. They were here almost 1 hour to clean the dryer duct using the tools necessary. Great, knowledgeable, service minded technicians I would request them next time. Customer service rep was also outstanding. Cool Air will take care of your order in a professional, courteous manner.
Had Air ducts cleaned and sanitized Omer came for the first time today to our condo to clean the duct work. He was very polite, introduced himself right away and shook my hand. When he came in he checked to see how many air ducts and confirm the price with me before starting. We then discussed the sanitizing, and even though I hadn't scheduled for that he added that on for me at my request for additional cost. I will use them again, when I feel the need. No One Else touches my Ac Units I have used Cool Air USA for many years. Whether it's at my Miami or Parkland home, they always come through. They respect the time window that they give me all the time. Not only their diagnostic is top-notch but they fix everything permanently. They also provide me with regular maintenance which prevents my AC units from falling apart. I wish I could find a plumber and an electrician as reliable as those guys.
Quick service Richardo came to my house after 8pm when i came home and found my AC wasn't working he quickly diagnosed the problem.
