Courteous and efficient job performed. Other than not getting here within the time frame given to us. The service performed was efficient and technician was pleasant and courteous. He did call to let us know that he was running late and changed to estimated time of arrival.

Extremely happy with their Service the technicians are knowledgeable and polite . I'm extremely happy with Cool Air USA. Their service was was awesome ! They were open on Sunday , when many others were not . The Technician was knowledgeable new what the issue was right away , Very polite , and explained everything So clearly .,He Was able to fix the the issue right way! I have had other services with other companies and so far this one was the best .
