Good customer service In a service sector filled with bad players Cool Air was a pleasant surprise. Manager Adam really took time to see that my many questions were answered, explained and addressed in a way that I could make an informed decision.

Efficient and timely service While we were disappointed to learn that CoolAir no longer carries replacement bulbs for the Green Air Direct UV cleaner and that the bulbs evidently aren't available anywhere else either, we realized that was not the fault of the service man, Orlando, who offered but didn't pressure us to install a newer UV clearner unit. He completed the installation and the semi-annual inspection quickly and courteously, and we were glad to find everything else in good condition. Thanks for a good experience!
