Prompt & Good Service Cool Air USA had installed our AC unit for the prior homeowner and they had purchased an extended service plan. I called for the service and the person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled the appointment and on the day prior to the scheduled day, I received a call to confirm the appointment. I then received a call from the technician when he was a few minutes away. The technician was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cool Air USA in the future.
Angel was great!!!!! This is my second time using there service on my rental company. The receptionist is always so helpful. since i live in a differnt county.Angle is always helpful .he suggested a turn off switch on my ac to protect overflow. Will use them again.

A/C leakage and over haul Jose was fantastic ! Traffic was very bad and he called to inform me of the situation. He was competent, honest and very respectful of me and my home.

AC 'emergency' quickly solved The first call I placed to schedule an 'emergency' appointment for my AC was answered immediately. A technician was there in good time, and called me when he was on his way. Professional and did a great job.
