Replaced heater coil The switch in the heater coil was sticking. It took a while to troubleshoot, but they were able to find and fix the problem. They replaced the whole heater coil and wiring hardware, switches, fuses, everything. Satisfied Customer
I was very satisfied with the service. The service attendant was on time and proceeded to do a thorough checkup on my air conditioning unit. He politely explained what could be a small problem down the road and I decided to do the prevented maintenance. No pressure, very polite.

Once again Cool Air USA Comes Through My drain lines were backed up and they shut off my air conditioners. I called Cool Air and got an appointment right away for the afternoon, and early in the morning I got a phone call that they could slip me in three hours sooner! I love these guys. My technician worked great, was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave me tips to keep my system running optimally.
Professional service I've had various outages with my A/C unit and no matter what happens Cool Air USA has me covered. Always very professional and quick when it comes to the service and courteous and patient when it comes to treating clients.

Great Service and Quick Turnaround This was our second time using Cool Air USA and once again, it was a quick and smooth process from calling customer service line to get an appointment to getting the job completed. Service tech Jose called 20 mins before arriving and once on property was able to give his recommendations and provide quotes after doing his AC inspection.
