Very much responsive on my calling for information or service. Service was promptly done, coordinated the inspection, mit the city und inspectors. The issues brought up by the inspectors, however minor, were immediatly addressed.

EXELENT SERVICE We have a very good experience with Cool Air company, they were very fast responding and finding the problem on our AC and ordering the parts from the factory, and going back and fix the problem the next day. They did work with us to make it easy for us since we were out of town and it was more work for them to enter the hose. Thank you guys.

Warranty Repair Excellent response on day 1 to diagnose problem. Excellent response on day 2 with repair parts on hand. Call to let me know technician will be arriving shortly. Repair and cleanup was handled efficiently. System check was thorough.

Technician Kensi is THE BEST This review is specifically about Kensi and his dispatcher. Both gave EXCEPTIONAL service and remedied a situation that was previously mishandled, with honesty, humility, and the kind of care that, as he described it "would be provided to family." I cannot recommend him enough. Please ask specifically for Kensi for all of your AC needs; to say he went above and beyond is an under statement.

Excellent service Very professional service. Our request for service was handle efficiently and a service appointment was scheduled immediately. 45 minutes before the appointment we received a call that the technician will arrive at the appointment time on time. The technician did a thorough inspection of the A/C system. He provided very clear explanation and recommendations. Excellent experience.
