Fast, flexible and perfect help and service As my existing AC unit stopped working and my favorite new unit could not be delivered at once due to problems in the supply chain, CoolAir brought the old one back to life - free of charge - to bridge the time until the new unit can be installed. I am very grateful for that flexible and perfect way of managing the situation. It will be my pleasure to recommend CoolAir to my friends.

see below please Our technician Rolando was very courteous and professional and we enjoyed his service very much. One very minor complaint is that the bill was a very little (only $15.50) more than we had been told. We were offered a 10% discount so on the $948 the balance would have been $843.20. That amount less the $45 deposit would have left us a balance of $797.20.
