THE BEST by \test this is the best company - my air conditioner froze up - less than 15 hours serviceman Lior B. truck # 51 -- called & said i,m 15 minutes away ,,, after he got here -- it took him less than 15 minutes to tell me what the issue was & how much it would cost to repair - he did the work efficently ,,,, and was done in 1/2 hour ,,,, this is the best worker ever ,,, i highly recemond the company -- and lior b truck # 51
NEW CENTRAL A/C INSTALL This company was fabulous. I was in a tough spot my air conditioner was dead. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. Adam, Toby, Avi and Joseph. Steve and Kevin were great technicians. Thank you Cool Air.
Informative and thorough Lior was very informative of what he was going to do to fix my AC problem. He worked both inside and outside and made sure to explain what he was doing and what got done. He offered some suggestions and left the work area clean.
The quality of service was exemplary. We will only use cool air in the future. Our repair man came on time, was extremely cordial and informational and did an excellent job taking care of our AC unit.
Outstanding I spoke with Michelle over the phone and she was extremely polite and professional. The service technician Tevin was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and, definitely someone who exemplifies the company's name and mission. We are very pleased to have use Cool Air.
