Very pleased with quick response time. Technicians were very processional and completed the work efficiently. I called after hours for an estimate to clean my coils. They came out that evening. The process and cost of the items were explained to me along with showing me photos of my a/c unit. The technician was very processional.
All of the insulation work was done proficiently the technicians work responsibly for all required mechanical configurations and were very friendly answer any question wake your $@!#% about the AC units and cleaned up after them selves very good I will give them a referral excellent work fast and clean The unit has worked excellent since it has been installed and hopefully there will be no future problems of which I feel cool air and the technicians would take care of in all cases

AC Repair The compressor fan on our ac unit turned on and off while the compressor was working causing the compressor to overheat. I called Cool Air and made a same day appointment. The Tech, Jose, called me when he was on his way. Jose was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile to diagnose the problem because the fan did not turn off right away although ultimately it did turn off. Overall Service was fast, proficient and very professional. I contacted Cool Air USA spoke with Adam regarding AC issue. He was very easy and helpful when trying to troubleshoot my problem. He advise serviceman available to come out today to assist. Xavier was the service man that was sent out. He was very pleasant and professional. My only disappointment was the failure of a part that last less than 2 years on a new unit.
