THIS LAW FRIM IS A SCAM !!!! DO NOT USE THEM !! They lie to you about billing ! I paid over 8000$ and all I got out of it was a three year restraining order and no custody or visits with my boys . Robert Agulara was like a used car salesman . He said he could handle my divorce but didn't even get a coat back for me . All he did was extend court dates ( to ensure that they could bill me again ) and bow down and agree with her attorney . As a previous Review very fancy office but very price gouging and willing to back out at any time and say that they can help you after you already paid 2 - $3,000 for their help and services do not go to these people they will just take your money and only interested in your money

Fancy name big law firm promise the moon bring you in for a free consultation. Believing that the person you have the consultation with is going to represent you false. You are assigned to someone else in law firm not knowing what their experiences or how long they been attorney and then they nickel and dime you for everything they can. Mende Romaniak is a horrible attorney. Please don't accept her as your attorney she's got to be the worst of the worst please avoid her with a passion. Update... Today (the day following the review above, I discover that they ended up processing my credit card even though they did not render the consultation that the payment was to be made for! Incredible! I show up on time, am made to wait, they fail to process the payment, I leave disgusted, and then on top of that they process the payment the next day!! essentially stealing my money.
