The CORE Solutions platform and our consultant, Bruce Newman, made our ISO certification possible. I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have been able to do this without his support. The technical experience Bruce brought to our meetings and his constant agenda each week is what made it work. We had almost all of our processes documented already, created over the course of 20 years of operation, so this helped tremendously too. But Bruce's guidance & experience was what pushed us across the finish line.

We worked with Enny and she did a great job overall walking us through the NIST and CMMC processes and policies. The only disappointment was that when we would delay weekly meetings, unbeknownst to us, it pushed our entire timeline back and did not allow us to have ample time to work on our policies at the end. In the future, it may be beneficial for another client to double up on meetings and weekly requirements.

Bruce Newman went above and beyond to help me prepare for our initial ISO certification. Besides the training, he offers insight into ways to streamline the process while still meeting requirements.
