Feedback on Front Desk Staff – Bree I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent interaction with Bree at the front desk. I believe there is room for improvement in her friendliness, professionalism, and overall demeanor, especially when communicating sensitive topics like billing and deductibles to patients. Very careful assessment of the progress of my healing lacertain of about 10 days prior, determination that a portion of the wound needed additional time to fully heal, removing a portion of the sutures, leaving the remainder in place for further healing, adding steri-strip(s) to a portion, all to heal further, providing detailed advice as to caring for it prior to the next visit in about 4 days.

I had a great experience. I was happy I was able to get an appointment time and was quickly seen by the NP/Dr. The front desk staff, the nurse and the NP/Dr were nice and very helpful in helping me with my knee injury.

Wonderful staff at this location! The urgent care provider and the nurse were very caring and amazing women! I was in so much pain and I was promptly, provided with an assessment, pain relief, and a prescription to my pharmacy.
