The PA was condescending and the medical assistant was clearly not trained on how to deal with an anxious and scared child. She was unable to swab him and thus we did not receive the care we came for.

We made an online appointment and waited over an hour to see the provider. The NP was short and did not give us any instruction on what medication we were prescribed, how to take it, or the duration. It was very unprofessional from a medical provider standpoint.

They gave my daughter a COVID test and said they would wait to prescribe anything until the results came back, and they would call with the results. No call back, no follow-up and nothing prescribed after. Total waste of time.
Your staff indicated they would call me after my and my daughters Covid tests results came back to discuss medication. No call ever came. I understand if you want people to go to their portal but then don't tell that they will receive a call. Also my daughter and I were not given any medication or an explanation as to why. We went to a different urgent care the next morning as we were still experiencing symptoms and were prescribed medication. I will never return to a Beaumont urgent care
The way was much too long. I waited for over 2 hours. Then the doctor only saw me for 30 seconds and sent me out the door.
Unfortunately the dr we saw was very nice but also missed the fact that my toddler had pneumonia and not swimmers ear. The staff was nice and they are in a great location but I think a few more minutes of getting to know a patient and their symptoms would have really helped with a proper diagnosis
Doctor didn’t ask if we had additional questions. Didn’t explain if medicine was needed. Didn’t ask for symptoms or issues. Spent extremely minimal time in room.
