We were told that if we tested positive for covid we would get a call within 2 hours. We revived zero call so we assumed negative. The next day, I received a text from Wayne county health stating that because of the positive covid test here were resources. I called the urgent care that stated yes it was positive but no record of calling us.
Waited over an hour just to get swabbed for a covid test and then was told that they couldn’t process the swab. Horrible office
