I arrived with a low pulse and dizziness. I was seen immediately and had an EKG. Was instructed to go to the emergency room. I went to the Farmington Beaumont hospital and treatment started as soon as I arrived.

Very please with the attention and care from this facility. The only criticism was that the registration process could have made smoother by allowing my information to be ported from my Beaumont chart.

Eating time long my antibiotic took 4 hours to get to Walgreens and never send in I came in person to pick up my script and took hour I have never seen this before my urgent care was closed that’s the only Redon I came in but never again to this on no Corewell got me

Arrived while NO ONE was in the waiting room, than 5 people came in and I watched a guy that came in 3erd get taken back and seen before me. He was not a pre appointment, he filled out the same info as me. I waited over an hour to get to see a doctor. No excuse for this. You take the first paitient in line not the third.

The PA was condescending and the medical assistant was clearly not trained on how to deal with an anxious and scared child. She was unable to swab him and thus we did not receive the care we came for.
