The front desk lady who checked us in was very rude, but the nurse and the doctor that saw us were very nice. The nurse took her time talking to my 6 year old son and he loved that.Â

I was helped quickly. Filled out the usual paperwork. Once that was done, I didn’t have to wait too long. The PA took a look at my rash problem and prescribed the necessary prescription. Good experience for something I didn’t want to have to do.Â

My young son came in with what ended up being a concussion in which we needed to be transported to the hospital. The staff was so empathetic and kind in a very scary (probably more-so for mom) experience. We’re grateful for their help and kindness. EMS was amazing as well, very sincere and professional and kind young gentleman.Â
