Receptionist staff was helpful and nice. Not as long as a wait as I was expecting. Nurse was kind and sympathetic, as I was very nervous. Doctor was quite blunt and a bit dismissive of my fears. I had to get stitches. Ultimately the process was easy. I was not given any information about aftercare for my stitches or told how/when to get them out.
