Everyone in the office demonstrated kindness and professionalism in dealing with my concerns. They were great listeners, did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be medically done from x- rays to a tetanus booster, to antibiotics. Amazing care… Amazing facility. I highly recommend.

Had severe shoulder, neck and arm pain. They ruled out a heart issue with EKG, and determined to be muscle strain. I received two shots one for pain and one for steroid along with a prescription. The Urgent Care at Hall Road and Tilch was A great experience and will be our choice in the future for emergency needs.. I highly recommend this facility and nurses. I feel much better several hours after the visit

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. My situation was diagnosed by the PA and he explained what caused the discomfort that I was feeling. He made recommendations to alleviate the situation.
