Nice new facility. Staff friendly and attentive. Answered questions. Caring. However, we did not get the covid test result by the end of the day as promised even though the appt was before 1:30.
Jessica was the best CSR, so gentle and caring. Quick and efficient care. Great staff, friendly and conscientious from the beginning of the visit to the end.

Slow to get evaluation from NP. I had to check in with them after getting to my room and then he finally came back after 20 minutes. The nurse and NP were not wearing masks at the nurse station which made me very uncomfortable
