Did not help with my physical complaint of nausea and vomiting. Ignored my concern for why I was seeking health care focusing a chronic health status that remains on changed and will stay unchanged.

Dr. Shehata walked into the exam room and asked me what I thought was wrong. After I explained my symptoms and how long I had been sick he told me it was “just allergies” and dismissed all my concerns. I will not be returning to this clinic. However, I would like to acknowledge the receptionist and nurse that were working as they were both wonderful!!
My daughter was seen at this urgent care and x-ray was taken and she was sent home post that without any treatment or aid to take care of her fracture. We had to contact her Pediatrician on urgent basis on Sunday to follow up on next steps to make sure my daughter is recovering. Very poor follow-up and care. Even the x-ray files were no uploaded to Corewell health
Felt very rushed, even tho it took them over an hour and a half after my scheduled appt to take me back. I was very kind and patient and felt very rushed. Shoving and snatching things in and out of my mouth when testing, and when vitals were taken no one told me what my vitals were or even told me I had a low starting fever. When the doctor asked me if I wanted the medication she never listed the name of the medicine and got mad and attitude with me when I wanted to know more about the prescription. Didn’t feel welcomed and ... read more
I went in for a COVID PCR test. After the tech took my vitals she reached into the jar of cotton swabs on the counter, stuck one up my nostrils, and walked out of the room with it just out in the open. No sterile, single swab. Didn’t place the swab directly into a sealed tube. Just…walked away. When the PA came in I explained what happened and she was appalled and surprised. Either this had never happened before (unlikely) or no one had ever told her about it. She agreed right away that I had to be retested. The PA left an... read more
We waited for 3 hours to be seen by a NP who talked to us for 5 minutes and sent us to the ER for imaging. We could have easily been told at check in that they didn’t have the facilities to do imaging on site. The bedside manner was unacceptable. ER advised us not to do imaging either. It was a complete waste of our time.
I went to urgent care because I had a case of hives, it was something I had never experienced before. I talked with my obstetrician the night before who recommended Benadryl on a strict schedule and Claritin. She said if it didn’t get better, go to urgent care and it was most likely hormones. After over 24 hours of having hives and it getting worse I went to urgent care. I waited for an hour, which I expected. It’s the case when seeing any physician. The ladies at the front desk were great, but obviously not happy to be at w... read more
Went in to have my son checked for an ear infection/sonething in ear. No symptoms of covid just a headache and pain in one ear. Nurse that checked us in was great(the only reason I am giving 2 stars). The nurse practitioner that saw us seemed really nice at first. When she asked if we were going to do a covid test I said no and then her whole attitude changed. I feel like we werent given adequate care and concerns were brushed aside. She looked in his ear for a split second and just kept on and on about covid. She made sure ... read more
This review is for Claire’s mother who went the day before her. I scheduled an appointment online at 8:00 a.m. The receptionist arrived at 8:25. I was the first appointment set and none were taken before she arrived and in fact the first one was taken at 9 am. Which was not me, I understand that person may have been sicker than me. However I think this is a very poor business practice that none of the other employees could serve as a backup to start processing patients.
