This clinic is understaffed and stressed - PA who saw me - for the second time in a month with no resolution to my issue - rushed into my treatment room without a file or a laptop and wanted a quick update on my condition. She finally gave me a referral to a specialist. Had she done this three weeks ago, I would be beyond this problem, I think. I will not return here or refer anyone to this clinic.

I went in with symptoms of a respiratory infection and they did not take a sample of anything…not even a visual check of my throat! Prescribed medicines based on what was heard. On the third day had to go to another urgent care center. This time they collected samples and prescribed antibiotics. Will NEVER go again or even recommend this Wellstreet “beaumont” urgent care center.

The appointment times were completely inaccurate and bore no connection to the realities at the clinic. I waited 2 hours after me appointment to be seen. You need more staff at this clinic

What's the point of having an appointment to only have to wait an additional 56 min. to be called back to the room? Then have additional wait time to see the doctor. This is the second time this has happened. I will NOT be back to this facility.

Rude receptionists and NP. We called ahead of time to ask if we could come in about ten minutes before closing, we were told as long as we made it before close we were good to go. As we were checking in for a seriously 60 second covid test, the NP told us to “make it quick because they want to close, they’ve been open for 13 hours.” I understand she may have had a long day, but snapping at customers about her schedule is not how to handle it. I don’t set her hours.

I made an appointment for 8 AM. I received an e-mail confirmation asking me to come 15 minutes early which I did. I was the first patient to arrive because the office wasn't open until 8. The receptionist was a trainee and her trainer was late so she didn't know what to do. I waited until about 20 after 8 for the trainer to arrive and then began filling out paperwork.
