Facility was clean. Appt was 45 min late. Seemed like it was just a walk in situation, not an appointment. Nurse and receptionist were nice. Doctor was super rude. She upset my son, left me in tears. It was actually kind of traumatizing dealing with her. Needless to say, that was our first time there and probably last time.

To charge people in our community $250 for a 14 minute phone call is absurd. I won’t return.
I was in severe pain from a dental abscess. Receptionist pretty much dismissed from the start. It was after hours or I would have gone to a dentist. I could hear the receptionist telling the medical assistant that there wasn’t anything they could do . The Dr. or PA I think is more like it, was ok. He said the only thing he could treat with was tordal and that I should go to emergency. What a joke . I have worked for Beaumont for 20 years. I was able to make an appointment on line, however when I arrived, the check in process was so slow and manual, that it made the early/online process irrelevant. There were two others in front of me and they had to manually fill out paperwork, right there at the window. The person standing in front of me had a 9am appointment, mine was at 8:50 and the receptionist took her first. The front office (where you register) was rude and discriminatory. The young lady in the front told an older black lady that ONLY scheduling can be done ONLY thru on line, the black lady responded saying she didn't have computer at home and her friend did a walkin and it was fine. The black lady ended up leaving after waiting 30 min, as there was a family with kids waiting to get in.
