I got seen right away, they took care of my problem, they were very friendly and respectful.

The ladies at the front desk helped me finish registering . I couldn’t get my insurance info in correctly . The Nurse and Dr were both very nice and helpful with information for me .

I called ahead, not knowing if I should come in. I did and the entire staff was warm and welcoming, which, unfortunately, doesn’t happen very much anymore. The check in staff was stellar, the nurse/technician who took my vitals and asked what brought me in was great, and the doctor listened to me, was extremely intelligent, and we got down to what was happening to my drainage in my ear. Great experience!

The receptionists were welcoming and professional. Smiling faces. They had me sign in then check in on my phone. Right after the nurse took me back almost immediately (no wait time). The nurse was kind and thorough and took my vitals and asked about my health concerns and then had the PA come see me shortly after conveying my needs to him.
