Well, the lady at the front desk she was very nice and help me to set up my paperwork in order to receive the service. The lady called me to get in she’s not gentle at all, when I was trying to explain my situation she barely let me talk, very frustrated for me, because when you re sick you want to explain what’s going on, she’s not someone you need to have in the. Urgent care, the person come to me later to give me the diagnostic she had the decency to hear me and explain what’s going on

Waited over an hour and wasn’t seen but got a text message asking how the visit was. Left without being seen. Very disappointed.

This was the slowest urgent care experience of my life. I came in for a potential wrist fracture which was fortunately negative. I sat in the waiting for almost an hour followed by sitting in the clinic room for another half hour prior to having an xray. As I was escorted to the back, I noticed several staff members sitting around without any tasks on hand. Unprofessional desk staff. On cell phones and not attentive to customers. I felt very rushed and did not feel a complete assessment was done. I will not return

We made 2 appointments on line before leaving. One was at 10:20 and another at 10:25. We were on time for our appointments and I asked the girl at the front desk how many were ahead of us when we checked in with her. She said there were only 2 people ahead of us at that time. We took a seat and after calling the 3rd person I went back up to inquire as to why we weren’t called 3rd. The same girl now told me there we’re 4 more in front of us still??? First of all I was very disappointed with your nursing staff. No compassion when people walked in just what I heard was do you have 🪪. Second I did not like the fact that your nurses where eating in front of patients because what I saw was there book bags and there lunches. You had patients complaining they needed help because they where in pain. I heard some of your staff saying they where tired over worked.
