Easy to get in. I was told what to do if it was covid. But when it came back that I didn’t have Covid I wasn’t sure what I should be doing or what I had.
I was in and out very quickly. Everybody was efficient friendly and professional. The dr listened to me and I felt I was heard. I believe he prescribed suitable medication for my condition.

Everyone at the facility was extremely professional, answered my questions and was patient. My single complaint, and it is a large one, has nothing to do with the performance of anyone at the site. I find the registration process to be quite onerous. It is my perception that it would be much quicker to allow the very capable woman who was the receptionist to do the intake. First time at Urgent Care Beaumont. The staff was very polite and professional. The office was very neat and clean. I was waited on in a timely manner. If I needed to be seen again for urgent care I would choose your facility.

The doctor and nurse were nothing but kind and helpful, had me in and out in five minutes. But the woman at the front desk was very rude and laughed at me when I asked her which pharmacy my prescription was going to.
