The sevice was good and quick. However, I was not instructed to get a global referral by the doctor or assistant. Also, they scheduled an appointment with another doctor that did not specialize in my issue. I had to reschedule with a different doctor. It would have been nice if there were documented instructions on how to put on and when to use the knee immobilizer and any restrictions.
Very friendly and prompt service. The PA could have been more thorough about after care (pain control w acetaminophen which I found in the MyChart info).

This was the most efficient and professional Urgent Care I have ever used. I had a bad cut on my thumb, and I was patched up and on my way to work in less than an hour. Dr. Sherman explained everything clearly and did an excellent job, as did the entire staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Wellstreet prompt care. Everyone was professional, friendly and thorough. I was in and out in under 15 minnie after I preregistered.. Great job by all.
