The staff was very kind from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I only waited 10 minutes to see someone, a nurse and then doctor. They listened to me and actually heard what my reoccuring problem was. That in itself is a very important thing when you are not feeling well. I will definitely be coming back to them if I have any future problems that I need addressed and my PCP is unavailable. Experience was great, only issue is that not all seniors are tech savvy, so front desk of millennials should be a little more patient when giving instructions for registration. When I asked questions, they repeat the same answer as it was scripted. So I had to figure it out myself.
Grateful this Beaumont Urgent care was open on Labor Day when I started having Covid symptoms. They had access to my records and were able to prescribe me Paxlovid that day. I would have been miserable without it. The place is easy to find, clean and efficient. Thank you so much for providing this service.
