Everyone at the facility was extremely professional, answered my questions and was patient. My single complaint, and it is a large one, has nothing to do with the performance of anyone at the site. I find the registration process to be quite onerous. It is my perception that it would be much quicker to allow the very capable woman who was the receptionist to do the intake. First time at Urgent Care Beaumont. The staff was very polite and professional. The office was very neat and clean. I was waited on in a timely manner. If I needed to be seen again for urgent care I would choose your facility.

The doctor and nurse were nothing but kind and helpful, had me in and out in five minutes. But the woman at the front desk was very rude and laughed at me when I asked her which pharmacy my prescription was going to.

Didn't get any paperwork to take to my job and everything is on line, other than this the staff were very professional
The PA-C who provided care to me was outstanding, professional, very compassionate and thorough. Two additional items, with one involving me. I believe the wait for service, while in the exam room, was extraordinarily long. And if circumstances require a long wait, the patient should be kept informed. The second item is my observation. When the elderly come into urgent care, because they are not feeling well, they are typically very anxious.
