Was not given sound advice, had to probe to ask if i should re-test, was not given any medication for my illness (advice is to treat flu early!) — who was this quack doctor?

Booked an appointment. There was open appointments all afternoon and evening. I showed up before appointment. Waited 20 minutes to go back. Once in waiting room, it was over an hour and Doctor still never came. I walked out and they told me there was still a few people before me. I left! Horrible experience and will never be back! Many other Urgent Cares in area, do not go to this one!

The doctor felt it was very important for me to agree with her because she did not want to give me an antibiotic. She offered me a steroid that I can not take, cough medicine and I don’t have a cough anymore, it makes asthma worse. She was certain I had no infection. She argued with me even when I said ok that I would wait to see my doctor on Tuesday. She continued to move closer to me as she was standing over me justifying her point of view. Making an online appt. Made absolutely NO difference. Still have to wait in line. Useless feature making people believe that they will be seen in a timely manner. Care Team was great! Dr. Patel was great!
