Too many redundant "asks for financial and employment history (record) when it had been fully provided, from the initial stages of the determinations of my "mortgage worthiness", with supporting and verifiable documentation and proof. There was a lack "human touch" as well coming from the agents, except for Ms. Veronica Garza who had to be the point person for the "asks".
An amazing experience, Mandy gets 10 stars very professional.
