Mandy was very sweet and a pleasure to work with, but the overall process was so difficult and labor intensive. I was an excellent “risk” so I can only imagine what an average risk might go through. Also, I did not like that I was not made aware that I would be working through Cornerstone and not just with Settlement Lending or that the closing office was actually ARC and not Indigo.
A most pleasing experience , totally stress free. Very friendly , courteuos, and well informed. Couldn't be happier.
I wasn't made aware that my lending rate wasn't locked in. Nothing was explained to me, then my rate rose and I was stuck with a higher rate due to negligence.
